If … … you are looking for a shared apartment with not too many people … … you like to live in a lot of space … … you prefer a nice accommodation to a basic bedroom … … you do not need to live right in the middle of the chaos … … you are not on a super tight budget … and perhaps you are two friends … … we suspect you have been lucky and you landed in the right place. We just finished building our new Terrace House (3 houses attached to each other ... which in Italy we call Villette a Schiera) and we have decided to dedicate one of those houses to young foreign people coming to Italy to study. What we offer is the “ideal” accommodation for any student … ... large bedrooms, many balconies, loads of shared communal space and plenty of natural light. The structure is brand new and so is the furniture inside the house. This beautiful solution is located in a "relatively" small village very close to Milan. The Bus Stop to MM Molino Dorino is only 5 minutes away and the Railway Station Arluno/Vittuone is less than 10 minutes by bike. To summarize, our large (110 sqm) and bright house to share includes: - living room with terrace, dining room, kitchen with terrace and bathroom with shower at the first floor; - one double bedroom with balcony, one double bedroom with study room and terrace and one bathroom with Jacuzzi tab at the second floor. The Rent of 580 Euro per bedroom includes: - single use, utilities (water, gas, electricity, heating and communal tax up to a maximum total cost of 1000€ per annum). Free Wi-Fi internet and satellite TV comes as a bonus. To make it more fun, we'll also provide each one of the tenant with an "old" bicycle (each)... for your short trips next door.
