La zona è comoda per chi studia o lavora in centro. Si trova:
- a 300 metri dalla stazione dei treni e degli autobus.
- a 4km dalla fiera e dall'uscita di Vicenza Ovest.
- 5 minuti a piedi dal centro di Vicenza
Cerco persone tranquille, simpatiche, educate e pulite. Meglio se lavoratori come me.
Preferenza a coloro che nel weekend rientrano a casa.

The room is big, with a beautiful view from the 15th floor with a large wardrobe, one table with 2 chairs, available as twin or double.
The APARTAMENT is bright and very large. There are two bathrooms, a large living room, separate kitchen, parquet floors. The rent is € 320 per month, all fees INCLUDED.
You can use INTERNET by Wi-Fi with Fastweb 20Mb (10 € per month)
The area is convenient for those studying or working in the center. The train station and the bus station are about 300 meters far away. The fair and the A4 highway entrance are about 4km far away. It's about 5 minutes to the center by walk.
I'm seeking quiet people, nice, polite and clean. Better if workers like me.
