L'appartamento è bellissimo, luminoso (siamo all'ottavo piano!) e con ampi spazi comuni. Inoltre abbiamo: riscaldamento centralizzato, LAVATRICE, lavastoviglie, internet, forno, ARIA CONDIZIONATA, 2 bagni, PALESTRA, salotto enorme, cucina abitabile, tv e anche una bicicletta a disposizione.

L'indirizzo preciso è via Berchet, una posizione comodissima attaccata al polo universitario, a 5 minuti a piedi dal centro e dalla stazione. La zona è tranquilla, servita dai mezzi e sotto casa abbiamo bar, tabacchi, farmacia, copisteria e negozi vari.

Noi siamo 2 ragazze e 2 ragazzi e, inutile dirlo, siamo troppo simpatici e carini e cuciniamo benissimo.

We're lloking for a roomate for a spare huge single room in an awesome 215mtq flat with other 4 single rooms. 400€ are ALL INCLUSIVE, that means bills, internet....whatever.

The room is completely furnished (bed, desk, closet ).

The flat is gorgeous, full of light (we're at the 8th floor!) and with lots of comon space.

Then we have: central heating, washing mashine, DISHWASHER, internet, oven, A/C, 2 bathrooms, GYM, the biggest living room, tv and we could also have a bike for you

The flat is in via Berchet, the most convenient position, just near the uni and the train station, 5 minutes from the city center. The area is quiet, has good public transport and there are bars, a tobacconist, a farmacy, a photocopy shop and others shops just nextdoor.

We're 2 girls and 2 guys and, needless to say, we're too nice and funny and excellent cooks.
