I have Several rooms avaible, single, double, and triple, all with bathroom inside, tv, climate, and wi-fi connected.Prices starts from 350€ a Month for the single room, ALL INCLUSIVE.Double starts from 450€, on.There are also two panoramic rooms, with a sofa and lots of space.Kitchen use(with all the services)it's outside the rooms.
The house is located in a very central, safe, and silent place.All the transports are nearby(metro, funicolare, cumana).Piazza Dante is just 5 minutes walk from here.Please contact me for any further informations!
Offro una stanza singola da1 a 24 mesi(o anche meno!)con bagno privato nella mia Guesthouse, a 350€mensili.Uso cucina esterno, bollette e pulizie(settimanali)incluse.Stanza disponibile in zona centralissima, molto ben collegata, sicura e silenziosa.Ho anche a disposizione due camere doppie, panoramiche(la foto del golfo è presa dalla finestra) una molto ampia da 550 al mese, ed un'altra da 500€.

I offer a single room or a double ensuite from January on for 3 to 8 months(also less, if needed)for 350€.Kitchen is outside the room;wi-fi, tv and climate are all always avaible, and costs are included(Water, electricity, gas,building costs, and also a weekly cleaning).Double rooms ensuite are with and amazing view on the gulf and city center and are sold between 500€(the smaller) and 550€ per month.
The house is in a very central, safe, silent and well-connected position, just next to metro and Funicolare.
