I'm renting 2 double rooms available for the summer period only, from mid-july to mid-september, but it is possible to extend or shorten the period according to your needs...
Rooms are in the city centre inside the old and ancient wall, near train station,university area.
The area is quite and near supermarket, farmacy, gym, cinema, ecc..
Rooms are large and luminous, completely furnished, have internet wireless, washing machine, two bathrooms.
One room is 33mq large and can be rented as double with all expenses included at 500€/month,
or as a single room at 380€/month.
The other room, 18 sq.m., can be rented as a double WITH ALL EXPENSES AND BILLS INCLUDED at 450€/month or as a single for 350/month.
They are rented as a sublet and can be rented for one month, two months or at least 2-3 weeks...
