Affitto ampia stanza singola in appartamento di 120 mq, composta da ampio ingresso, 3 camere, grande cucina/sala e bagno. La casa è abitata da me, mia figlia e da due gatti. La cucina, il bagno la lavatrice, sono in condivisione con noi. Siamo due persone allegre e autonome, abituate alla convivenza.
La stanza è arredata, ci sono TV, internet wifi, telefono per telefonate ai fissi illimitate. Ha un balcone privato ed essendo collocata in fondo all'appartamento è autonoma.
L'appartamento è molto tranquillo e silenzioso, tra due cortili interni, situato a 50 metri dal sotto passo della fermata della metropolitana della Stazione Ferroviaria di Porta Susa. La zona è piena di negozi, ci sono tre supermercati, un mercato. E' vicina a Politecnico, Tribunale e a 10 minuti di pulman da Palazzo Nuovo e il centro della città.
Grande chambre simple à louer dans un appartement de 120 mètres carrés. Il se compose d’une grande entrée, de 3 chambres, d’une salle de bain et d’une cuisine ouverte sur un vaste séjour. C’est ici que je vis avec ma fille et deux chats. Nous partageons la cuisine, la salle de bain et la machine à laver. Nous sommes deux personnes joyeuses et indépendantes habituées à vivre en colocation. La chambre est meublée et équipée d’un téléviseur, internet wifi, téléphone gratuit et illimité sur les fixes italiens. Elle donne sur un balcon privé et se détache légèrement du reste de l’appartement pour assurer intimité et indépendance. L’appartement est très calme et se situe entre deux cours intérieures lumineuses. La bouche de métro de la gare de Porta Susa est à 50 mètres. Dans cette zone, très bien desservie par les transports, il y a de nombreuses boutiques, trois supermarchés et un marché. Tout près du Politecno, du Tribunal et à 10 min en bus de Palazzo Nuovo et du centre historique.

Hi! I rent a large bedroom in a flat of 120 square meters, consisting of large entrance hall, 3 bedrooms, large kitchen / breakfast room and bathroom.
I live in the house with my daughter and two cats. Kitchen, bathroom and washing machine, are sharing with us. We are happy and autonomous, accustomed to living with other people.
The room is located at the bottom of the flat. It has a private balcony and there are TV and internet wifi.The flat is very quiet and silent, between two courtyards, located 50 meters below the stop of subway station Porta Susa (Railway Station).
We are near Politecnico and at ten minutes from the center of the city.
