La casa e' tenuta benissimo. L'affitto di 360 Euro mensile comprende le spese condominiale, riscaldamento, acqua, e internet (tutto tranne l'elettricità). E' a 5 minuti a piedi dall'universita' (Politecnico e Insubria) e dal supermercato. a meno di 10 minuti a piedi dalla stazione ferroviaria Como Borghi.

A big single room in a nice apartment for rent, completely furnished, composed of:
- 4 bedrooms (three bedrooms are rented by three persons, each having their own room)
- 2 bathrooms
- kitchen
- big balcony
- Corridor.
The apartment is well maintained. The rent of 360 Euros/month includes the housing (e.g. garbage tax, etc.), water, and heating (hence, everything except for electricity). It is a 5 minute walk from the university (Politecnico and Insubria) and from the supermarket, and less than a 10 minute walk from the Como Borghi train station.
The house is at the first floor of a villa and it has its own private entrance.
